As a family run business, all members of the Masterson family have helped and continue to be involved in the day to day running of the group, none more so than Michael and his wife Mona, who initially began their involvement in the construction industry over 30 years ago. More recently the children of Michael and Mona have developed their careers in the same sector of the industry and all three sons are involved in the business whilst their daughter, a qualified accountant, works for Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Keith Masterson, the eldest of the three sons is a Quantity Surveyor involved in both the reinforced concrete and carpentry side of the business.

Sean Masterson, a Contracts Manager for Getjar works within the concrete frame sector and assists in running the plant hire at Glencoe.

Michael Masterson Junior, the youngest of the three sons is a qualified 1st and 2nd fix carpenter and currently works as a Site Manager for Atlantic Contracts Limited.

Along with Michael Masterson Senior, Keith, Sean and Michael are on the board of directors of the group and together plan and control all aspects of the Masterson Holdings Group.

With continued but sustained growth of the Group, the Masterson family along with the directors and staff within the Group, pride themselves on the excellent reputation it has within its sector of the construction industry. The Groups reputation and success has been built on a simple but sound work ethos, which is to provide a professional and honest service to its selected clients which in turn has resulted in a high percentage of repeat business.

Furthermore, the group's success is also attributed to by the loyal and long standing service of many of its employees with whom the group have developed great working relationships.
